Terms of Service1. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.2. I own all rights to the work.
a. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
b. I am allowed to post on my social media and portfolio unless requested otherwise.3. I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.4. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I will provide updates at the sketch and final color phase.You are welcome to ask for updates if I have not sent one yet4. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK. Please credit @sinekyo5. Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment
1. Total payment upfront ONLY is via PayPal. I will send you an invoice before I start the artwork.2. Please be kind. Aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the commission. You will be refunded 50% of the total payment.3. Illustrations that cannot be completed will be refunded a % of the total payment, based on the completion of the artwork.Between 25 - 50%Process
1. I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.Once the sketch has been confirmed, refunds may not be requested.2. Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.3. Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. ALL illustrations will be signed for copyright purposes. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
